The 1.6ohm is for general use and the 0.7ohm is for higher performance if your device can handle it. (Some devices cannot use coils below 1.0ohm)

Blow me, they work rather well!

To be frank, as I do not know of an alternative to the Aspire coils, I cannot make a comparative critique. However, they work efficaciously enough, a pack of 5 (if you'll pardon the expression) lasting for at least a couple of months. I just wish that my Nautilus reservoir were made of stronger materials...one drop and it cracked the glass!
