COVID-19: VHQ SERVICE UPDATE
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we’d like to let you know that we are experiencing some delays in shipping due to significantly reduced staffing at our local Royal Mail Depot, in addition to massively increased demand from an online shopping boom. Across the UK, Royal Mail have also announced that they are no longer offering Saturday deliveries from now until June at the earliest.
As such, please allow up to 10 working days (not including the weekend or Bank Holidays) for your delivery to arrive before contacting our customer support, as we are working round the clock to answer your queries by email, chat and telephone. Rest assured, the VHQ team are processing your orders as quickly as possible with strict measures in place to ensure continuity of regular service. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
If your delivery is urgent, we would strongly advise the use of our Courier Delivery service, as this is not provided by Royal Mail and has consistently been the fastest for VHQ customers.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
At VHQ, we provide three options for shipping across the UK to suit your preferences including Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 24 and Courier Delivery with DPD. We offer FREE Royal Mail 48 delivery on all orders, and FREE Courier Delivery on any order over £40!
All orders placed before 1pm from Monday to Friday are shipped out same-day from the VHQ warehouse, with any orders placed after 1pm shipped the next working day, excluding the weekend and Bank Holidays. Please note that we do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays as neither Royal Mail or DPD provide this service.
We notify our customers of order dispatch via email. If you have not received an order dispatch email within 1-2 working days, please double check the spam folder of your email inbox before contacting us.
Your parcel will be packaged in a discreet, plain white padded envelope.
