Continuous Personal Development
Our dedicated HR Department welcomes Continuous Personal Development (CPD) by issuing employees with a Continuous Development Plan (CDP), in which either HR or your line manager will personally sit down with employees to discuss what they would like to learn. We then collectively create a plan, with a timeframe, and offer you help and support to achieve these aims. Learning topics can be both work-related and non work-related, because we like to help in all aspects of learning.
